Due to upcoming legislative changes, Tuesday, November 11, 2025, until stock runs out, will likely be the final date for shipping kratom orders for some time.

After this date, kratom sales will be temporarily suspended across all e-shops and physical stores. This suspension may last several weeks or even months until individual vendors obtain a new license issued by the Ministry of Health and comply with all strict production and distribution regulations.

What changes under the new legislation?

The new law introduces stricter rules for kratom sales. Key changes include:

• Age restriction: Sales will only be permitted to individuals aged 18 and over
• Age verification: Proof of age via ID will be required upon delivery. Online sales will require verification through a specialized system
• Packaging limits: Maximum package size will be restricted to 50 grams
• Promotional bans: Bulk discounts, promotional offers, and loyalty programs will be prohibited
• Price increases: Prices are expected to rise significantly due to licensing, taxation, and certification costs

When will sales resume?

We have already applied for the required license and are currently awaiting approval. However, the administrative process may take time. Once approved, sales will resume immediately, and all customers will be informed via email and our website.

What should you do now?

We strongly recommend stocking up in advance. Orders received and paid for no later than November 11, 2025, by 12:00 PM will still be shipped.
