Do not use this product during, immediately before, or within 8 hours before driving a motor vehicle or performing activities requiring increased attention, concentration, or coordination. Do not drive or perform such activities even after this period if you still feel under the influence.

This product is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Do not combine with other psychoactive substances, alcohol, nicotine, medications, or use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you suffer from mental illness or physical conditions affecting kidneys, liver, heart, or blood vessels.

Effects:

At recommended dosage, this product has stimulating effects. At higher than recommended dosage, it may have sedative effects.

Use may affect alertness, coordination of movement and speech, balance, sensory perception, pain perception, sleep, mood, and immune system function.

Long-term use of high doses may lead to dependence. This product should not be used daily; a 3-day break between uses is recommended. Long-term health effects are not sufficiently studied, especially regarding use other than oral consumption of the dried plant.

Take 2 g of powder.

Mix in 100–250 ml of water and drink.

Effects may not appear immediately. Prepare the next dose after a sufficient time interval and do not exceed 10 g per day.
