Effects

At the recommended dose, this product produces stimulating effects. When the recommended dose is exceeded, this product produces sedative effects.

Use of this product may affect alertness, motor coordination, speech coordination, balance, sensory perception, pain perception, sleep, mood, and immune system function.

Long-term use of high doses may lead to the development of dependence. This product should not be used daily; there should be a 3-day break between uses. Long-term effects on human health are not sufficiently documented, particularly regarding methods of consumption other than oral ingestion of the dried plant material itself.

Instructions

Store in a dry, dark place. Use strictly in accordance with the instructions for use, do not exceed the recommended daily dose, and keep out of reach of persons under 18 years of age.

Measure 2 g of powder. Stir into 100–250 ml of water and drink. Effects may not be felt immediately. Prepare any subsequent dose with an appropriate time interval, and consume a maximum of 10 g per day.
