Effects
At the recommended dose, this product produces stimulating effects. When the recommended dose is exceeded, this product produces sedative effects.
Use of this product may affect alertness, motor coordination, speech coordination, balance, sensory perception, pain perception, sleep, mood, and immune system function.
Prolonged use of high doses can lead to dependency. This product should not be consumed daily; there should be a 3-day break between uses. Long-term health effects are not adequately documented, particularly for routes of administration other than oral consumption of the dried plant material itself.

Directions for Use
Store in a dry, dark place. Use in accordance with the instructions for use, do not exceed the recommended daily dose, and keep out of reach of persons under 18 years of age.
Take 2 g of powder. Stir into 100–250 ml of water, then drink. Effects may not be immediate. Wait an appropriate amount of time before taking another dose, and consume a maximum of 10 g per day.
