Effects

At the recommended dose, this product produces stimulating effects. When the recommended dose is exceeded, this product produces sedative effects.

Use of this product may affect alertness, motor coordination, speech coordination, balance, sensory perception, pain perception, sleep, mood, and immune system function.

With long-term use of high doses, addiction may develop. This product should not be used daily; there should be a 3-day break between uses. Long-term effects on human health are not sufficiently documented, particularly regarding use other than oral consumption of the dried plant itself.

Instructions

Store in a dry, dark place. Use in accordance with the instructions for use, do not exceed the recommended daily dose, and keep out of reach of persons under 18 years of age.

Take 2 g of powder. Mix into 100–250 ml of water, then drink. Effects may not occur immediately. Prepare the next dose with an adequate time interval and consume a maximum of 10 g per day.
